Cashdesk: Simple On-Spot Sales in Few Easy Steps

The Cashdesk is a feature that allows you to sell tickets on the spot: on the day of the event or before the event. There are always people who wait until the last minute to buy tickets. Or those who like to buy tickets "at the box office." Be prepared for this!

This is one way to increase sales from your event.


What Are Some Other Cashdesk Advantages?

  • Selling from the venue or from the office (via PC, phone or tablet)

  • Ticket transactions after the event can be found in your exported data

  • Payment in cash or by card to your bank account

  • You can print your tickets on any printer

  • If you don't have a printer, send the finished tickets to your customers by email and then easily check them in using our Check-In app (free download for Android or iOS)


Brief Instructions to Start Using Cashdesk Immediately:

  • Log in to your Workspace and jump into the Apps and Services section in your left menu. Find the feature Cashdesk in there and activate it according to your needs.

    Then it will appear in your left menu as a new Cashdesk section.

  • Choose the event for which you wish to use the Cashdesk.

  • Select the ticket type and specify the number of tickets you want to sell to the customer. You can also select multiple ticket types to sell at once. You can delete incorrectly entered tickets using the 🗑️ icon.

  • Click the icon below to add the customer's email address. Keep this option in mind, especially if you don't have a printer to print tickets and need to email tickets to customers so you can then check them in via our Check In app (free download for Android or iOS).


    Important: The other details (Name and Phone number) are not mandatory for sending tickets by email!

  • Another icon allows you to enter a discount code and apply the discount to your order. Before you do this, you need to have the discount options in your user profile created in advance.

  • All that's left is to choose the payment method...

  • and with this button choose if you wish to print the ticket and in which format...

  • ...and proceed to accept payment (and print the ticket) with the big purple button.


If you do not have a printer connected, clicking the Accept payment and print A4 button will not print anything. The customer receives the ticket in PDF form in their email inbox at the same time.



The customer shows you a QR ticket on their phone screen and you check them in using a reader or mobile phone with our Check-In app (free download for Android or iOS).
