In your left menu in Workspace, the Orders section popped up. Here you can find an overview of all orders and items created.
We decided to create this section to make it easier for you to work with your data and contacts, and to help you make your account and sales information clearer.
In short, it's a cool section and we're pretty proud of it.
And How to Use it Then?
The Orders and Items sections work the same way. However, each part of this section emphasizes different information. The Items section focuses on tickets, bundles or merch sold. And the Orders section focuses on purchased orders.
Filters
The filters let you choose which information you want to see. Whether it's dates, names or purchase options, you can use the filters to view them in the table. Just click the first icon on the right part above the table.
By default, you have filtered Finished orders in this section, i.e. orders created and successfully paid.
If you want to see orders created only online or with our Cashdesk, change your information here:
You can also filter your Refunded orders, both total and divided into online and Cashdesk orders.
Changing the Order of Columns
Different information will be more important to each of you. To avoid having to scroll to the right, just change the order of the columns and put the ones you use most often on the left.
You can do this in two ways:
It is important to save this change so that you don't have to set it up again next time. You do this via the icon above the table on the top right.
Columns Hiding/Showing
Or just display only the columns you will actually use:
And please remember to save it again.
And What Are Our Future Plans?
We would like to add the ability to export these tables so that you can download them and work with them as you wish.
Also, in the future, we will allow you to filter out exactly what you want. Whether based on individual events, discounts or specific tickets.
Do you have any questions or comments about this section? Contact our Vanda, who will be happy to help you and explain everything.
